Shipping and returns policy
d.Mod, delivers all orders, within Attica / (Greece) range, to your floor.
For orders outside Attica, islands and abroad, orders are sent via a transport company and delivered on your sidewalk.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and your total order.
You always have the option of picking up your order from our store, avoiding all shipping costs.
RETURN POLICY OR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
All product returns are accepted within 15 working days of the date of receipt.
They must be accompanied by the necessary sales documents (retail receipt or invoice).
Conditions of return/ Refund conditions
- The shipping cost of returning products, due to incorrect receipt, order, or manufacturing error, burdens the company. On the contrary, when the returning of products occurs because the customer changed his mind, burdens the customer.
- If you wish a refund, you will receive it in your bank account. You should therefore send us your account details (bank, Iban, name of beneficiary) to the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org The refund will be completed within 7 working days from the date of receipt and inspection of the products.
- All products you wish to return, must be in perfect condition, with all their components and tools and must not have been assembled – installed.
- Returned products should be in their original packaging or to be packed by the customer properly, so they would be sufficiently protected during shipment.
- In case of special orders (custom), the products cannot be returned.
